Tomato And Honey
Brimming with skin brightening properties, tomato is an effective way to improve your complexion and lighten your dark spots. Honey helps revitalise and moisturise the skin and makes it look fresh and glowing. Grind a ripe tomato in a mixer, sieve its juice into a bowl and add 2 tsp of honey in it. Apply this mixture on your face for about 10-15 minutes and then rinse it off. Apply this face pack daily for better results.
Papaya And Green Tea
Papaya is your skin’s BFF and can give you the perfect glow which you’ve always wanted, and of course, green tea is full of antioxidants. This homemade face pack is very effective in fighting dark spots and pigmentation. Simply, mix ½ cup of mashed papaya pulp with ¼ cup of green tea water. Apply this paste after taking steam and leave it on for 30 minutes. Rinse it off with cold water.
Gram Flour, Yogurt, And Rosewater
Gram flour aka besan is a grandma approved nushka for effective natural skin whitening and lightening uses. It also inhibits the antimicrobial properties which protect our skin from infections. Rosewater helps nourish and moisturise the skin and gives you a fresh, glowing look. Take 2 tbsp of besan, 1 tbsp of yogurt and 1 tsp of rose water. Mix well and apply this paste on your face. Wash it off after 15 minutes.
Potato And Lemon Juice
We have been hearing about the benefits of potato juice since ages and for good reason. Potatoes are rich in vitamin C that help improve skin tone and remove sun spots, age spots, and dark patches.
Take a few slices of potato and soak it in one cup of hot water for 20 minutes. Drain the potato juice into the bowl. Add ½ freshly squeezed lemon juice to it and allow it to cool. Apply it on your face twice a day.

Orange Peel And Yogurt
Orange is chock full of vitamin C which helps in skin whitening and getting rid of pigmentation. Sundry the orange peels for a couple of days and then grind them to powder. Mix a tablespoon of it with yogurt to form a smooth paste and apply it on your face. Wash it off with cold water after 20 minutes.
